Where does the TPS need to be set at?

Need the settings for idle and WOT?

Does the TPS play a mojor roll in the shifting under WOT? I am thinking this is why I cant get mine to shift before hitting the REV. Everything is set to shift and it doesn't.

Thanks
Mike

TPS (throttle position sensor) not adjustable. under 1 volt at idle, 4.5 volts or so at WOT.
What you have to do is set minimum air rate. Close IAC or put a rag in the hole just in front of throttle plate cutting off idle air. Set throttle plate to about 550 rpms, in drive for auto. Remove rag or open IAC. Idle should go up, you may have to drive it to stablize. Other than that no adjustments.
