Trying to put my motor back together, and this is the only thing I didnt have a picture of...It seems to come from the Opti along w/ the other vent which goes to the elbow. This one is not for the eblow tho. I assume it connects to the intake, if so where??

 

Vacuum port on drivers side of intake.

Should be pictures in some old threads around here somewhere.

 

Just look at the DS of the intake. You should have a "T" fitting with two vacuum hoses attached, and one in your hand!
