They go where the oil filler tube is on the passenger side of the vehicle, at least that's where mine is.

I sure hope is isn't from the old yenta tale of being a culprit of the intake leak. That rumor needs to die and rot away!

no i put them on cause i got them for free and my tube that goes there is cracked and is taped with pressure tape so i figured it cant hurt anything.

That's not totally true. If you don't also eliminate the vacuum side of the PCV system, you are causing a small vacuum leak. The computer will eventually adjust the long term fuel trims to compensate, but putting on the breather really just causes a "false" estimation of what air is coming into the engine.
It also makes crankcase evacuation less efficient than the closed PCV system. The PCV system removes harmful gases from your crankcase. So, again, you aren't doing yourself any favors.
I'll bet you could have bought a new hose from the TB to the valve cover for less than you paid for those breathers.

Re: where do ur vlave cover filters go?

Lol, yeah, I forgot the free part. Breathers are more for non-street or blower applications or cars that don't have closed PCV systems. For our "normal" cars, it's better to keep the closed system, IMHO.
Some people stick them on their cars because they see engines at the track with them on there or equate any hose on the engine as a power robbing emission device.
