lt4 springs will work with proform 1.6rr's right? Thats the rr's i bought. Also, what else do i need? The spring caps and springs are it, right?

I have a set of LT4 springs, caps and retainers that I never installed, they're still in the box that I bought them in.
PM me if you want them (I have a paypal acct) and we can figure out a price w/Shipping Via Fedex overnight. (I won't be able to ship till Monday though, so you'll have them tuesday overnite).
