where can i find an egr block off kit for my lt1

Or you cold find a piece of aluminum or steel and make one. Take your gasket and trace the outside perimeter and the bolt holes. Then FIRST drill the holes. Place the metal on a block of wood if you have one so you dont distort the metal. Then with a pair of tin snips or even a cutoff wheel trim the block off plate out. Debur it and vua la! You've made yourself a dang neer free block off plate.

another vote for ebay. i think i paid around 10 dollars or so for the block offs and gasket

 

werd, $7 shipped for mine, came with gaskets as well
