Where?

OK I've never done any suspension stuff (minus STB) and I was wondering where the stock LCAs, SFCs and PHB are on my car? How hard is it to do, and do I need any special tools?

Ok, LCAs stretch from the underside of the body to the rear end.

The pan hard bar runs from the lower left (driver's) side of the rear end near the LCA and shock mount point to the upper right side of the rear end. There is another bar that runs from there back to the left and up even more and connects to the body. The lower bar is the one that most people replace.

The SFCs connect the front and rear sub-frames together along the side of the car. From right in front of where the LCAs attach to a little behind the front wheel (I believe). Some SFCs also stretch to the center of the car and bolt to the place where the transmission crossmember or the tunnel brace mount.

Panhard rod is black tube, running diagonally behind the rear axle assembly

Sub-frame connector is a tube or box section member that connects from the back of the front sub-frame (right behind the front wheel) to the front of the back subframe (where the LCA connects in front of the back wheel). Your car does not have stock SCF's. You have to add them.

It says to use jack stands to lift the car up but are ramps good?

Also what grease do I need to do this, it doesn't specify in the install directions.....
