Ok, LCAs stretch from the underside of the body to the rear end.
The pan hard bar runs from the lower left (driver's) side of the rear end near the LCA and shock mount point to the upper right side of the rear end. There is another bar that runs from there back to the left and up even more and connects to the body. The lower bar is the one that most people replace.
The SFCs connect the front and rear sub-frames together along the side of the car. From right in front of where the LCAs attach to a little behind the front wheel (I believe). Some SFCs also stretch to the center of the car and bolt to the place where the transmission crossmember or the tunnel brace mount.
