When do you know its time for better injectors and a new throttle body?

When do you know its time for better injectors and a new throttle body?
I am doing a xe 224/230, ported heads, headers and I am wondering when I should upgrade to 30 lb injectors and upgraded throttle body. I don't really want to do them until I need them unless the throttle body gives me a lot of extra horsepower.

even with heads and cam, you'll probably only pick up ~10hp with a bigger TB...not really worth $300+
you could look into having someone like NOMAD boring your stocker to 52mm for bout $160 i think.
as for injectors...no idea...
