Looks like you could use a whole new hose. 
GM p/n 10105324. It is less than $9 even at retail (about half of that, wholesale). You could also go to the parts store and see if you can find an elbow to match it.

do yourself a favor and just get the damn thing from the GM dealer...I went through that and after about 7 parts stores with nothing to match, I used a piece of regular straight hose...never worked/fit right at all.
