what is it, how do you do it, any pics, or instructions would be greatly appriciated. thanks

Cant say i have seen one for the lt1s. The ls1 cars have the bump stop mod which allows the tps to read 100%. Thats the only thing i can think of?

I assume you are talking about slotting the holes so you can get the correct voltage. Here is a post with a picture that pretty much explains it.
