Whats the next step to upgrading air intake?

I got a moroso cai, hypertech airfoil, tb bypass and was wondering what i should do next on the intake side.

I plan to block off the resonator tube, maybe port the tb a little bit
Dont want to descreen or port the maf.. too risky
Can't do f/i as of now
Anything else easy to do?

I heart you can shave off a little of the stop for the tb so you can open the fins more. I know thats the case for an ls1 but is there any way to do that on an lt1 and has anyone done it with satisfactory results?

Also, does making an underbody ram air sort of thing help at getting more air to the cai or is it better just to have it in the closed box like normal?

Most LT1 tb blades open the full 90 degrees- I had a problem with mine for a while but it was the throttle cable coming loose, not the tb itself.

An underbody ram air setup probably won't give you anything.

If you're set on doing your intake completely, get a vortech or trick flow metal elbow in place of the rubber one, and get a 52/58 mm tb. That's basically all that's left. Although you could get more power from other areas of the car most likely.
