I'd say either cam or headers. If you don't have to worry about emissions go long tube. Just an idea

I wouldnt do the cam before you do the headers. You will be disappointed in the performance of the cam without having a good flowing exhaust system.

If you look a post or 2 back. There is a guy talking about this same thing. He installed a cam and was talking about how unhappy he was. Well, if you look in his sig, all he has is a CAi, and something else. Everyone told him to get the cam tuned, some headers, and a good exhaust system before bashing on the cam.

Go with a stall converter or headers.
