I want to make sure that I get everything that I have to for the upgrade. If I get the spindles, rotors, calipers and brake lines is that enough or do I also need the bearings, hub, sensors and wires or can I reuse my stock stuff for those pieces?

You can reuse your hub/bearing/sensor assemblies. At least on my 97 they were the same. Sounds like you have it all.
