Question What's a good oil pan for 396?

I've got FLP's and the canton guys say it doesn't clear w/ out welding and hammering. Bump that. So what do you 396 guys use? Preferrebly w/ all the trimmings. Windage, baffle etc. The moroso I have is garbage w/ nothing in it. Unacceptable.

Thanks guys for any help.

Geez I dont know of another besides the canton....Any SBC one would work, I would think the only problem would be clearing the k member.

Well I need all the gizmos in this oil pan that's why I'm asking. Stock pan won't fit w/ a 3.875 unless you are beating the hell out of it and I still don't think it'll fit.

So none of you guys are runing a 396 w/ FLP's and a oil pan w/ all the trimmings?

I know that Stefs is a very good brand and I'm pretty sure they can customize you one based on your needs.

At least a few people here use them with their strokers.

I'm using the stock oil-pan on mine without any problems. Click on the web-site icon in my post to see the pictures of my 396.
