Whats the difference in the mufflex y-pipes?

I'm getting jet hot lt's and they "SAY" that the mufflex will work well anyway one says for use with the lt's without o2 bungs and the other with o2 bungs well my lts will have o2 bungs but are they talking about for the 96-97 guys with the dual cats? Well anyway what one do i need?

You don't need the Mufflex with the 02 bungs welded in as you have a 94. But just a word of caution, the Mufflex is a really expensive POS. Attempt to find a place to fabricate one before you drop serious dollars on something that you will HATE.

I agree with what 94Vert said. On my 96 I ordered the mufflex Y-pipe without the O2 bungs (I have a OBDI conversion PCM) but got one with the bungs anyway. The one with bungs is supposed to be more expensive and since you don't need them definitely order one without but who knows what you will end up getting. If your get one with bungs you can just install plugs in them so it’s no problem. The Mufflex Y-pipe is a gamble, you just don't know what you'll get or how it will fit.
