What's a cutout?
Just like the subject says, I keep seeing references to a cutout (exhuast related?) in people's sigs, just wondering what it is and how it effects performance.

It's kinda like a small y pipe with a cap at one end and you weld it in your exhaust system and if you want to bypass your exhaust, you uncap it.
