whats the correct way to adjust the valves with the motor off ??

i installed the cc306 with cc lifters part#850-16 and springs part#26918-16 with 1.6 crane gold rockers i have a slight idea but just want to make sure so i dont over tighten them i have heard of lots of people doing that.just want to getit right.

The Comp Cam 850 is for car which has hyd r lifters, so the answer is yes.

well if thats the case would a half turn after 0 lash be to much should i come down to a quarter turn?

Alot of people run the Comp R's an 1/8 past zero. But an 1/8 or 1/4 should be fine.
