What's this bracket?

'94 Z28. Drivers side on the front of the engine. Right next to the water pump. Has two spear looking things coming off of it.

I'm thinking AIR pump bracket? Does anything else hook on to this? Can I just leave it off?

only thing on drivers side front of block are AIR pump and coil
probably AIR pump bracket...which you can take off, it holds nothing else
