whats the best way to route plug wires...

with AS&M headers?

Over the valve covers! ... Anyway you can without touching the pipes.. Bend the stock metal tray that held the stock wires down a bit so you can fit your new wires in there and that should cover the back few that your worried about.. you shouldnt be worried about the front wires.. those are cake..

The biggest PITA wire with the ASM setup if you go OVC is the #6 plug wire, the one where the #2 primary tube is all sorts of in the way. DON'T run the wire between it and the head, as it will get burned and arc. I ended up finding a way to get it routed without any issues. You'll have to cut the wire longer, but take it from the loom on the top of the valve cover, and route it from the loom to the strut tower, then down along the A/C lines, and lastly bring it to the plug from underneath the #2 primary tube. Use zip ties to keep it in place, and happy burnt plug wire free motoring!
