whats the best i can do?

finally gonna get to the track on 9/4 at bristol. im just wondering what kind of 60' times can i expect from regular street tires? because on a street launch i cant go much over 1/2 throttle until the last part of 1st gear without lots of wheelspin. will traction be this bad on the track? input will be appreciated. thanks
Jesse

From: looking for a flow bench so Brook and I can race
a 1.8 or a 1.9 would be a good 60ft

the track will have better launching surfaces- well usually

dont go through the water pit or do a big smokey burn out. just do a quck 1 sec spin to clean them off and roll upto the line.

street tires wont get too hot or stickey. they are designed not to

1.8 on street tires with my mods? i was thinking about a 2.0 would be good for my half worn michelin pilots.
