from what year to what year>cluster<

i have a 93 formula and want to put in a newer year gage cluster
but not sure on what year will fit and plug in with no modifing

I believe you could only go up to '95 because the switch to the OBDII was in '96 if I recall correctly.. Newer than that would require some modifying..

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure thats the newest you could go...

So, if you go from an ODBII pcm to an OBD1, do you need to change clusters too?

93-96 will swap no problem.

97 with the digital odometer will swap into earlier years no problems except the seat belt light will stay on constantly and so will the TCS OFF light if you don't have traction control.

I know, my purple pearl 93 has a 97 cluster in it.

98+ will not correctly swap into an LT1 car because of the gauge wiring. Gauges get funky.
