What Y pipe for Jet-Hot Headers?

What grand Y pipe has been fitting Jet-Hot headers the best? I've heard of some hitting the cross member and some hitting the floor board? Which brand do you recommend?

I have to agree, dont ever buy a pre-fabbed y-pipe, they never fit correctly, either they dont mate up or the rub on stuff and bang on the floor pan. just save some money and build one, its normally cheaper that way anyways. Do a search also, you will find many people have had problems with pre made y-pipes!

Only 1 problem with getting one custom made. No shops around here are good enough to do that. And even if they could, they wouldn't be mandrel bent and would be poor quality. So whats my best bet on a pre-fabbed one? Does jet-hot sell a Y pipe for their headers?

I'm running a Hooker y-pipe. Took it to a shop to get put on, and it fit fine. Under WOT for a bit it will bang on the floorboards. Another reason I got it was for the Jet-Hot coating and that's always a plus.

It actually has a "dent" along the driver's side for clearence from the tranny crossmember. It clears it, barely.
