What Would Be the Best
Ok I was Told that the 700R4 transmissin would bolt up to my 1994 Trans Am, But I mean what would make my car quicker going with the 700R4 or going with the 4L60-E, I need you all to give me some answers quick because the sooner i pick a Transmissin the sooner my F-Body gets on the road

The 700R4 will bolt up to your 94, it's the same as the 4L60E, it's just not elctronic controlled, but in order for the 700R to work you will need a throttle valve cable, a cable bracket, and I'm not sure what you would have to do to the computer, maybe program it out?
