Thumbs up What will I run now??

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hey guys, almost got my 94 z conv. back together for the summer. Previous mods were hooker muffler, gutted cat no a.i.r. tb bypass, 275/40/17 bf drag radials, msd coil, accel plug wires, hypertech programmer, 160 stat, 4:10,morroso cold air. I ran consistant from 13.72 to 13.82. I have added air foil, 1le elbow, ported maf, pacesetter shorties, y-pipe, off road pipe, eibach prokit, hotckis lca's, lca relocation brackets, right rear air bag, tci streetfighter 3000-3500 stall, shift kit, trans. cooler, and went to 3:73 gear seems better for stock motor than 4:10. Hopefully someone out there has about the same mods and can give me an idea thanks,

With a nice 60 ft, i'd say low 13's....

What 60ft did u have when u ran 13.7? If it was a poor 60ft, like 2.0+...then with like a 1.6-1.7 now, i think 13 flat is possible..

It was a 2.0 60 8.83 1/8 mile, " forgot to mention I also added a 24mm rear sway bar and plan to take the front one off at the track from now on.

If you get your 60's bellow 2.0 and on a good wheather/track prep day I think 13.00 - 13.20 is possible.

You've got lots of good suspension mods and the stall should make a big difference.

Gears!

I see high 12's in your future. My old car ran a 13.0 with just an air foil, mac shorties, ss marind CAI, and a ignition. this was a M6 car. And my 60 on that run was a 1.94. I definately think you can 60 better than that. Also mine is a convertible also.

Good luck,

Mike

he didnt upgrade his tires so i dont see him lowering his 60' by a significant amount. Are all your times corrected??

Yes they are corrected. I ran at beech bend in bowling green. True without tires probably wont make it. With tires then I will say high 12's. I ran mine on nitto's.

I sure hope I hit 12's, I'll probably still be running the bf drag radials which are worn down now and hook better. My only problem last year running 13.7 they wanted me to have a cage, so now if I do possibly hit 12's they're not going to be happy. My times before with the 2.0 60 foot I think should improve due to the converter and I think my 8.83 1/8 mile sucks and hopefully is improved. just wish me luck, is there anyone else with opinions? thanks
