like the subject said whats the widest tire i can run without using a hammer to makem fit lol

 

285's for sure on all 4... I'm running 275/40ZR17s without any problem... even thought that is the stock size for my car.

I've heard of some people making 315s fit the rear without pounding, but others have to pound.. luck of the draw I guess.

 

315's no problem on the rear.

There is a '97 WS6 at a local shop with 335s on it! 17x12 in wheels! Oh yea, and the car only has 6,000 miles on it!

 

I have a set of 295/35/18 on the rear...No problems here....(Z06 wheels)
