I'd say around $1000-1200 would be a good price. I've seen quite a few of the complete conversions go for $1500 with more miles. I'm sure there are some that would pay $1500 for it since it only has 4000 miles on it.

 

A T56 is ~$2,700 new. If it really has just 4,000 miles on it, it is worth $2,000. A stock clutch isn't worth much more than a couple of hundred though.

~$2,700?!? I guess I was way off on my pricing. My appologies. D&D has "aftermarket" T56s for $2,000 and has rebuilt ones for $1,800+ core. The conversion kits for $1,500 that I have seen have had atleast 50,000 miles on them. 4,000 is brand new in comparison to 50,000!
