The stock LT1 throttlebody is a twin 48mm. It's plenty for a stock to mildly modified LT1.

 

I agree with Chris, but if you're dead set on a TB then go no bigger then a 52mm.

 

hey, new at this huh? how'd you do all those mods so quickly then? anyways, back to the topic at hand. for right now, your stock (48mm i think???) would be sufficient. once you get long tube headers, stall converter, cam, heads; that's when i think it would be a good time to port match your intake to your throttle body. have a good shop open your intake up to fit a 58 mm throttle body. i would go 58 mm over 52mm so you don't have to go back and do it again. ofcourse, you can't just get the stuff i listed above and be done. with the cam, you'll need 1.6 or 1.7 rr's, springs to fit your lift of the cam, lifters, timing chain, etc... you also want your heads to flow well so you can get the most out of the cam. sorry to kinda hijack your thread. bottom line, your tb is fine for now.
