what takes away vacuum with big cam-LSA/overlap

just wondering, I'm not sure if it is something specific or the whole cam profile in general. I would think either the LSA or the overlap would be the main culprit. I'm planning on a blower grind in the near future, and want to make sure I don't need a brake booster to retain good brakes. Its the 224/236 544/555 114

That cam should idle just fine. Overlap is created by tight LSA and long duration. Having an LSA of 114 makes for a good idle even with a pretty large duration cam.
