What switch won't let the car start when in gear? (A4)

Thanks for all the help shoebox. I found out what the problem is, it is the clutch safety switch that was bad. Now where would I find a new one and what would it's part number be?

That'll be an easy fix.

GM PART # 14094368
ACDelco # D2214A

You may also be able to get a generic replacement switch at any auto parts store.
