i have a 94 Z with only minor bolt ons so far...and i figured that since im putting on a set of headers that its probably worth it to just put on a set of spark plugs while im in there. a while ago i was looking at a set of NGK iriduim's. are they a good set for my car?

Also, what gap should i set? (i know i could easily find this, but its just easier since i know a lot of u guys know it off the top of your head)

 

If you don't mind spending 7 bucks a plug, then go for the NGK iridiums if you desire. Otherwise, the regular copper tip NGKs will work just fine as well. If you only have minor bolts ons, then the NGK TR-55 or NGK TR-55IX plugs will work for your application and a good gap would be .050.

 

I use NGK's if near stock TR-55's would be fine, if est hp is over 400 flywheel hp NGK TR-6's gapped to the recommended 0.035" would me more then adequte
