What size are the cat bolts?

Are you looking to remove the bolts, or buy new ones? GM part number 1636152, and the measurements are M10x1.5x87.5.
I dont recall the exact size -- dont have the factory exhaust system anymore -- but it looks like Soma gave you the size wrench you need (15mm-16mm), if you are looking to merely remove the bolts.
