what should i set my fuel pressure at?

Next week my 383 will be in my car and here is what its gonna have...
heads flow about 280 @ 6000, comp XE 233/239 duration @ .050", .569"/.577" lift. The rest is what I have in my sig at the bottom. I was wondering if anyone had a similar setup and what fuel psi they were running. thanks

The best way to set fp is on a dyno. Also you want to monitor your car to make sure that you do not lean it out too much.

If you already have MadZ28 programming, and it is for the engine you are building, you had to tell him your injector size and fuel pressure before he could do the programming. Typically, you will chose between 3bar (43.5psi) and 4bar (58psi), depending on the size of the injectors in relation to the flywheel HP you are making, and the type of injectors.

what do you mean by lean it out? I'm not the most knowledgeable on here as you can see...

he hasnt reprogrammed it from my hotcam yet. im probably going to use #30 SVO injectors,

Then, if you have any idea what the estimated flywheel HP is going to be, I would set the fuel pressure so the 30# SVO's never see more than 80% duty cycle. MADz28 will know what that is. It won't be much different than stock.
