Question What should i get for my birthday?

My birthday is april 19th and i was wondering what you guys think i should get done to my car. My car has 108,000 miles on it and i dont know if a cam whould destroy it or mess it up. Any suggestions whould be great.

These were some of the things i was think about:

>Cam
>Heads ported
>Headers
>Gears 4:10's or 3:73's
>Hypertech power programer
>Lower control arms/sub frame conectors
>drilled rotors

I would do a 3.73 gear and Hooker Longtube headers.

i say sfc...to stiffen up the car since it's a ttop.

but if you want something that will make faster...can't go wrong with headers, plus they will compliment any other power parts you add later...

ps...best people are born in april...me (24th), my mom (8th) and my cousin (6th)....

forget the drilled rotors

subframes and lca are next on my list

but headers are alwasy a good choice, and loads of fun to install

save the cam, get the bolt ons first, i had my heads and cam installed when i had the motor rebuilt, before i had a lot of the bolt ons i wanted, now im playing catch up

I would get SFC's, exhaust cut-out to bypass your flowmaster, and Hooker LT's.

I'd do 4:10s. Not to expensive. At highway speeds the engine will turn a few more rpms, but very acceptable. With the stock gears at 65, in 6th, the engine is lugging. You may save yourself some money by not geting a ticket on the interstate. I use to drive at 80 and 85 to keep the engine rpms up. Now 70 to 75 is fine.:-)

SFCs LCAs and STB will make a big difference in handling. I'd do them first. Then headers. Cam and gears later.
