what mods do you have already? if you are still stock you should consider things like a cold air intake, 160* thermostat, high performance muffler, etc. the idea is to start with bolt ons then get the high dollar/high output stuff so they can shine to their full potential.

the mods i named would give you a good start, however the best mods for a stock f-body are in the suspension area, ie. subframe connectors, strut tower brace, etc...whatever you need the aftermarket has it you just gotta spend some hours surfing the web!

PS- if your car is already mildly/heavily modded then ide go with the longtube headers.

Learn from my mistake. My car was mostly stock when I added Hooker LT's. I gained almost nothing. I should have added other mods forst before making the big jump to LT's.

I'd definitely get jet hot longtubes first. Both would be great for sotp feel but since you have cai and exhaust you may as well continue to free your breathing up.

Positive, that is run through the off road pipes. Not Cats. That is typical gain. I even have crap gears.
