What seals should I replace?

If all the timing cover seals were clean and not leaking, I don't know that I would worry about it for just replacing the water pump. I didn't when I replaced my water pump a few years ago and have had no problems.

Oh my God, DaveW, you ROCK!

I've been installing heads and a cam for the past week, and that water pump shaft seal has been THE HARDEST PART so far! I gave up on it last night and went to bed.

I just used your method and now it's on there perfect!
