too much exhuast flow relative to intake flow on a NA motor isn't a good thing. Most guys i know aim for about 75% of the intake into the exhuast
Ken95Z28 is running those heads, but wont say what they flow, had some geal with cmotorsports. Still, he seems to do really good and they are really big over in the Impala ring, and I yet to hear a bad thing about their business. you might go over to the Impala SS board and see if anyone knows there.

I'm planning to run a big shot of N2O later on in life
what would you consider a stage 2 for a FI aplication?

I guess they are not that popular in this board
I might look into some local poring instead

everyone I have heard of that has these heads has been real happy with them and running good times. From what I've heard I wouldn't hesitate to recomend them, and I would get their cam kit if you don't already have one (do it all at the same time)
So far I'm very happy with the heads, as for the flows they numbers did very from flow bench to flow bench.
We compared these heads (Combination Motorsports) to some LT4 Heads that was done by (CNC) in Florida on the same flow bench and they will fairly close to them. The LT4 flowed just a little more than the CM heads.
The biggest reason why I don't post the flows and just the fact that how flow numbers very from flow bench to flow bench. The real proof is at the track.
As for my times with them is we are still working on the tuning part of it. So far I have regeared the car, went from the 3.42's that I haved to the 3.73's, added new slicks. Now I'm pretty sure the stall is going to get changed to something bigger to at least a 4000. I'm sure once we get the stall changed I can get it in the 11.50's and that's with the DA's in the mid to upper 2000's. I can't wait to see what it does with really good weather.
As for recommedations, Combination Motorsports really knows what they are doing and I really recommend them if you are looking to get a set of heads done by them.
