what rwhp are people getting with stock cubes and lt4 h/c kit?
just wondering what other people were gaining with the lt4 h/c kit, because i think my numbers are way low. on a dyno-jet i pulled 290hp/301tq at around 5,000 and got stopped. the guy said i started runnung lean, i think he said a/f was arond 12.8 and getting leaner. let me know what you guys are pulling..

Is your car an A4? What other mods do you have?
I dynoed my M6 car with the LT4 H/C Kit, stock manifolds, and no tuning at 317 rwhp and 322 rwtq. After Headers and Tuning I did 343 rwhp and 353 rwtq

I'm pretty sure I was making more rwhp than that before the cam. I'd say your numbers are really low, somethings not right there. What other mods do you have, headers or stock manifolds? Stock tune?

Something's not right. If you look at my dyno graph:

You can see that at 5000 rpm I'm already at 300RWHP. And this is a factory LT4 (no hotcam). Also, as to being lean, 12.8:1 is not lean, it's actually still a little rich. Lean would be over 14:1. Most tuners shoot for somewhere around 13.5:1 for optimum (I've even see some shoot for almost 14:1, such as Ed Wright at Fastchip). And yes, I'm still running way rich. One of these days I'll get around to scheduling a half day at the dyno and fine tune the program.

well i have mac headers, no cat, slp loud mouth, cold air, automatic,lt4km,slightly ported stock heads, custom pcm tune. i,ve been running into a lot of knock retard lately(i think it's because of my stereo) and i don't know if that's my problem or if a cylinder isn't firing or what????
