what rearend gear?
i have a 95 trans am with a A4, what gear is best 3.73 or 4.10. i do minimal highway driving and would like to get a nice jump off the line. thanks

4.10's usually isnt recommended for an A4, so I would go with the 3.73's

Most common ratios are 3.73 for an auto and 4.10 for a 6spd. However, depending on your combination 4.10's with a 28" tire would work very well.

3.89 or 3.90 is always an option too! However I'd think anything over 3.73 would be extreme for a street driven auto.

My vote would be to go with a 3.73. IMO a 4.10 is just way too much gear for an auto.
