Looking at GMPartsdirect, found the front shock dust covers (#22114311 , number 49 on the schematic). But right below that there is part # 22128877. It says that it is a bumper, but does not have a corresponding number on the schematic. What is it, some kind of bump stop that fits up into the dust cover? I've got Eibach springs, so do I need this?
Getting ready to order a bunch of stuff all at once and I want to get EVERYTHING I need this time!

It might be a bumper that fits up inside the shield. I seem to remember something up in there, but did not realize it might have been a separate part. Looks like it will cost you about $10 to find out.

 

That's exactly what I thought. I couldn't get anything out of the old dust covers, so maybe it's just stuck fast. Since you thought the same thing I did, and your the Shoebox, I'll wager $10.
