what now!

Good news bad news. I got my car back and drove it for a while. I had it about a day and a half. Now the car is in front of my moms house not running again! It has a new fuel filter and fuel pump. The pump is turning on when we turn the key over. I had thought it was the fuel filter but i changed it like 1 hr ago and it is still not running. So I called the guy who did the work and he came by he started it and pumped it for gas. Nothing it barely turs over now. We disconnected the fuel filter(nut side) and turned it over and from what i can tell there was a steady stream of gas being pumped. Still the car is not running. The guy said he thought I was out of gas but I put gas in it and still nothing. So he said he would bring a fuel pressure gauge over tommorow and see if i was getting enough fuel. What else could it be????? I thought maybe the hose to the line was kinked with in the fuel pump because they used a rubber hose although it was a gas hose. I dont know though. any ideas?

Wait for the fuel pressure test. Your regulator might be bad. As a preliminary check remove the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator and look for any fuel moisture.
