what next?

Im gettin some money to spend soon, but cant decide what to do next. I dont really want to cam due to the mileage. I never been in a stalled car before, so I have no idea what a stall will make the car feel like, but that is what i was thinking. Any ideas?

A stall converter is a great mod. A 2800 would be a perfect stall for a non-cammed car. Get one with a lock-up clutch and it wont affect your highway driving. I suggest this to be your next mod. If you dont have sticky tires, get those too.

Good idea, getting a higher stall rating converter. It will complement the mods you already have. As chevy mentioned though, your probably going to better tires.

A 2800-3200 stall should be good for a bolt-on car. I would add a tranny cooler in there as well to combat the extra heat that will come about from the bigger converter. Better tires, as mentioned is a good upgrade. Maybe also it would be a good time to start upgrading some suspension components as well.

If I put in a 2800 (already have a tranny cooler), how much more throttle will I have to give it to go for dd? Also, it might be awhile before I get some kind of drag radials. Will it still help a little with my street tires?
