What are my Options- ARP main studs dont work with Windage tray.
Ok im really frustrated. No way my windage tray will clear my 355 rods and crank.
1.) I really dont have the money to buy a Expensive Canton oil pan with a built in windage tray / baffles.
2.) i could rely on the Stock oil pan and its baffles at the bottom to do the work at keeping the oil on the bottom and not the sides of the pan.
3.) I could use longer and weaker GM bolt/studs so i can use the windage tray? **** me off because i have strong arp bolts and them some weaker stock ones... it'd be kinda stupid..
4.) i could call ARP and tell them they are retarded for not making the studs longer....
5.) I just thought of.. COuld i buy some kind of stud and bolt to attach to the stud for the windage tray to make it longer?? Basically add on a stud to the stud so its longer. ANyone ever do this?

thanks for the replies guys.. i ended up having arp send me longer ARP bolts.. they are 1/2 inch longer. Its the longest they have. This should just clear i think.. Because if i sit my windage tray ontop of the studs it barely hit..
