What mufflex? 3.5 or 4"

I am going to supercharged in the the next year or so. But for now i have the mods in sig. and run street and strip. I was reading on tbyrne's site and it says the 4 in is quieter? Is that true? I also have a 94 (single cat) but have hooker LT and will be getting a mufflex pipe. So can i just order the dual cat catback and save the money? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Well would i be able to get the dual cat one since i will just be using the straight part of the pipe to connect to the mufflex y-pipe?
