What mods do I need to run with a stock A4 LS1 car?

I would like to know what mods I need to run with a bone stock A4 LS1 car or get 280 to 290 hp at the wheels? I have a 1994 Pontiac Firebird Formula A4 that is mostly stock and would like to run what a bone stock LS1 runs at the track. I do not want to put a big cam in the engine or go too radical with it. Thanks please reply everybody. Has anybody out there outrun a stock LS1 with just bolt ons?

That should put you where you want to be...maybe some good tires and a tune would help also. I think with those mods you'd be even faster. My .02.

Multiple posts

Guys, I am sorrry about the multiple posts that I did. My computer was freezing up so I clicked on the submit button multiple times. I took everybody's advice and deleted the posts. Thanks everybody for the advice, and I will try not to make that mistake again.
