What kind of o2 extension?

Doing my LT header install and need to know what kind of o2 extensions I need. On Thunder Racings site theres flat 4-pin and square 4-pin. Thats where I get confused and would like to know what they are and what my 96 Z28 has and needs. Thanks in advance.

The flat 4 pin is for the 02 sensor before the cat. The square 4 pin after.

edit; since you are OBD11, you have all four sensors.

Would I have to extend both of the front flat 4 pin o2s to reach the collectors on my Jet-Hot LTs or does one of them reach?

Also could I get away with just using the flat 4 pin only and ditch the square 4 pin sensors since I wont have any cats?

I'm not sure about the Jet Hots. I think I have read on this board that you will need only one. Maybe someone will chime in and verify that. I have FLPs and had to get an extension for the pass. side.
Of course, if you delete your cats, you won't need the 4 pins. You will have to get that function programmed out of the PCM, or draw an SES light.

I just looked at my o2s on my car. Cant see the drivers side through all the bs in the way but I can see the connector on the back of the block and it looks like it will easily make the stretch to the collector. The pass. side wont be even close so it looks like I'll only have to extend that one too.

-The after-cat o2s will be one of multiple codes i'll be throwing when I delete EGR and AIR as well.
