The next thing i am going to be doing is heads. I know i dont need anything very outragious because lets face it, the hotcam isnt the craziest cam ever made. I was thinking to just get a mild port. Or maybe it would be easier to just buy a pair. What would be some flow #'s that match up good with the hotcam?? Thanks.

Although the hotcam isn't that wild of a cam, you would be surprised what it can do with a pair of well ported heads. I've read of some people pushing around 375-380rwhp on the hotcam and heads. To me thats pretty impressive for a cam that drives almost the same as the stock.
