gas mileage

I have a m6 with 3.42 gears and mostly stock engine, most bolt on's. I get 20 mpg city and 28 highway. Doesn't really matter how I drive, always about the same. I don't really use
a/c though during the summer.

28 mpg highway with hotcam
16 mpg city with hotcam

Stock I got 18/30. I drive with a relatively light foot, and often skip shift 1-3-5 in the city.

I have a 96 Z A4 and when I did a highway trip one day (about 60 miles round trip) I got about 20.5, it was mostly highway, but with a handful of stops and lights, not bad. But compared to my 2000 V6 that I get 24 no matter what I do, and 28 on a highway trip it is a dramatic difference lol...

Having 3.23's and a m6 really helps sometimes.
That's about what I got with that motor in my car. Stock I got right at 30 mpg on a trip to NC a few years back. Averaged 26 mpg @ 80-85 mph when we went to Atlanta for G9 as it sits now (well, I was running an air filter).

My new combo gets incredible gas mileage. I haven't had to put any gas in it since last August.

I drove up to tri cities in washington and got 26mpg with alot of +90mph cruising. I usually get 18-20mpg with a 65/35, highway/city mix. Ive been working on the old courthouse for the last month and have been getting 15-16mpg 90% city.

I always fill up when its just below 1/4 tank so i usually get 180-200 miles/fill up. I usually got around 220-230miles/ fill up before i started working downtown
