What kind of gas mileage do you get?
With the mods in my sig I'm only getting 210 miles to a tank, and that's all highway miles. Just wondering what eveyone else is getting and if there is anything that I can do to get better gas mileage?
Re: What kind of gas mileage do you get?
On the highway im getting close to 400 miles per gallon. In the city im getting 250 when I dont drive all crazy. I changed all my o2 sensors wit ac delco ones and changed my fuel filter and my plugs and wires and that did the trick for me. I used to get like 65 miles on half a tank and did all that stuff and the mileage sky rocketed.

I was getting close to 26 going to Atlanta last weekend. 75-80 mph.

*Edit* I should mention, that's with ported heads and a 224/236 blower cam.

Re: What kind of gas mileage do you get?
Just changed plugs, wires, and Ac delco O2 sensors, about 2 months ago. I think that I'll change the fuel filter because I know that I haven't done that in a while. I was also considering a new opti. Still on the original with 115k.
Re: What kind of gas mileage do you get?
Well before I was getting about 220 to a tank and that was about 80/20 city to highway driving. I just changed my opti, plug wires, and waterpump and I'm right at 230 miles on the new tank of gas and I'm still at half a tank. So I expect to get about 250 maybe more before I fill up. So I guess changing my opti really helped
It did have 135k on her.

I was getting about 240 to a tank, mostly highway. That was with ****ty low tires, bad alignment, slipping clutch, and a couple other bugs. Hopefully that number will come up closer to 300 once it's all straightened out.

The motor is still pretty new so break in probably hasn't happened completely. 15 MPG but look at my sig. Oh, and I am still "getting use" to the new power so the foot is a little heavy, still.
