Arrow What Ignition should i get?

97' Z28: 58mm TB, 160 Stat, Grantelli MAS, CAI, Pulleys, Borla 3" cat-back, hurst shifter, strut tower brace, Eibach 1" drop, and 18x9.5 Z06 rims.

It's about that time (55k) for new plugs and wires. I heard that i can gain significant horses from a new ignition system. Any ideas? Which plugs and wires should i upgrade to? Also, is there any one who can dyno and tune my computer professionally in the New York area? I'm willing to drive out of state but within a 5 hour ride. Any help would greatly be appreciated!!!

Id ask a local board about the dyno tuning or try the regional section of cz28.com.

For your mods an upgraded ignition system really isnt necessary at all. Best thing you can do to increase the spark potential is to get some good plug wires like MSD or I hear magnacore are great but kinda $$$. As far as plugs go... copper is a better conductor of electricity so go with a copper plug like the NGKs. Only downside however is they burn up a bit faster than the plats do so more frequent plug changes will be needed... maybe every 10-20k miles or so.
