What hose is this

What hose is this

Its hose number 4 in this diagram. It also has a metal ring on it that I'm not sure how it comes off.

Steam return from the back of the heads to radiator. It needs to be there.

Most likely its the stock crimp hose clamp.

Do you know the part number. I think I could find some hose in that diameter but Im not sure they make radiator hose in that size.
