What heatrange plugs for h/c cars?

What heat range plugs are best for heads/cam cars? When I was spraying my car I had TR6's in and when I pulled them out they looked too cold for my car, so I'm assuming stock heat range plugs are the best setup for n/a heads/cam cars. Is this correct?

Did Lloyd port your heads as well as your intake? If so, he would be able to give you some ideas of what plugs to use.

i'm running autolite 106s which I've heard are a little hot. But i've got no detonation issues and I just checked the plugs and they look fine. I've got 56 cc chambers as well.
